Hello, I just moved into “Mera Chandler” in early July 2025. First and foremost, I decided to move from a standard apartment to a retirement community located in Arizona. With the help of my son, we started searching for a 50+ community in and around the Phoenix area. We searched the internet for a full week looking for the best place for me to live and retire. We contacted several properties and took several tours which was a daunting task for anyone. Upon finding “Mera Chandler” through a search engine and looking at the website, it was to me amazing. I was working out of state at the time and knowing I wanted to check this property out, I reached out to my son who lives in Phoenix to take a tour for me. I contacted the property manager and scheduled an appointment for a showing. My son took photos and a video of everything and sent it to me.
