I have been living at Mera Chandler for two months now, and I truly enjoy calling this community home. From day one, every staff member has been incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help with anything that comes up. Their dedication and positive attitudes make a real difference. I especially want to highlight Jodi, who does an outstanding job answering questions and making the entire moving process smooth and pleasant. She possesses a genuine attitude of care and concern and is extremely knowledgeable. Jodi goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and supported, and it truly shows. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, and well maintained. I absolutely love how peaceful and quiet the community is—it’s the perfect place to relax and feel at home. The residents are also very friendly, which adds to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. There are many activities and amenities available, and I’ve especially enjoyed the media room for sporting events. It took several moves for me to find the "just right" place for me. I have found it !! Thank God. When I moved here, I asked if we could add Bingo to the schedule. It has become one of the more popular games we play. Thank you !!!!

My wife and I have lived in two different 55+ communities. Both Sparrow Living properties. Mera Greenfield is by far the best. Using any criteria, they surpass all competition. We would highly recommend them as a destination for your new home!

Staff is open for suggestions & are very accommodating. Landscaping could be better addressed but we know budgets are tight. We love it here. Third floor facing West is very noisy from the surrounding buildings & businesses. Our Trash Compactor every night is noisy. Rents should take this into consideration as we are not facing any of the property amenities. MC is amazing👍

My sense of belonging is ok, though I have been gone much of the last year - due to my own circumstances. At this point, I am not sure that I plan to renew. I am looking at options to move closer to my daughter and grandkids in Texas. (TX is not my first choice of places to live, but her circumstances have changed over the last 2 years, and I feel the need to be closer.) Thank you.

I put the request in and an hour later hey we're there! The were very friendly and even had to show me how to use the thermostat and were very kind about it. I am not used to getting great service like this!

I enjoy living at Mera and I find the staff to be very friendly and attentive. I am a bit of an introvert and I’ve been accustomed to living in a home with loved ones, so apartment living and being alone has been an adjustment. The only thing I would change would be to have a parking space that I can see my car from my apartment, but that is not essential. I just hope that any rent increases will not be so high that it influences me to have to move eventually.

I think that the staff should arrange for extra things to do like getting an instructor to teach line dancing, more cooking demonstrations,bringing in cover band acts, etc. We are an active community, resident led, but there are some things that mera chandler staff could do for us ("go the extra mile") thanks. For the most part i am happy here. We are family.Helene

My family and I were guests at Mera Chandler for 6 days. We were completely thrilled with everything about the facility. From the staff…Scott..Jodie… to the lovely residents I was able to meet. Our suite was beautifully decorated and beyond anything that we were expecting. High ceilings..large rooms and lovely appointments. There was plenty of storage. We were able to take advantage of several of the amenities offered..I.e. the gym…the pool.and the multiple special rooms..library…wrapping..puzzle..yoga room with all the equipment and more. If we lived locally, and were choosing a facility to enjoy luxury senior living, the Mera would be our first choice by far.

The maintenance piece was excellent however you bundled another question saying is this community everything you hoped it would be. I would not give that a 10. It was a 10 when I moved in and it has become a five over the two years I've lived here

I feel lease should be 2 years with no increase of rent. When renewaling the lease then should not increase so much. Long term residents should not have their rent increase a lot. Most of the events are during the day and not like 5:30pm or weekends. Should send the sign in sheet to our email so can add our name instead of having to go to the leasing office. The calendar should be email to us because you have to go to the 1st floor and its so small to read on the bullet board. The people on the first floor need to control their dogs. Barking 5:30 AM and late at night. People should not knock constantly at my door. I open my door only if I am expecting somebody or expecting packages. I don't need someone to tell me I have a package at my door. I work and open my door when I can to get any packages. I receive only my packages. Only 2 times Amazon never delivered my packages and I called them and they resent it. I always say to my door all my packages. Someone on Saturday knocking on my door at 7:30pm and I just

I spent two weeks at Mera while visiting a relative. It was wonderful! Everything is beautiful, very contemporary. Staff is so accommodating. I could easily choose this for my home if I was looking for a permanent move.

The events are never at a time I can attend. Town hall meetings are at a time that I cannot attend. There are dogs barking all the time. Loud noises from above apartments. People parking in my spot. There is never a phone that’s answered you can only leave a voicemail. The amount of rent keeps going up. And I was never given the option for a longer lease but some others do. It isn’t equitable. Lastly it has become more of an assisted living community.

The tour I had of Mera Chandler's independent living community was fantastic. It was beautiful, but they didn't offer the transportation that I needed to get back and forth to dialysis. The apartment was spectacular. It offered everything that you would want. It has a side-by-side refrigerator, a walk-in closet, and spacious bathrooms. The apartment as a whole was very spacious. Each apartment has its own personal gate, I believe, where you can come and go at your own pace. They have three meals a day, potluck dinners, and all kinds of activities for the residents. If you want to order groceries, you can do that, too, and they can bring them up to the front of the apartment door. The person who gave the tour was very informative, answered all my questions, and presented all their amenities.

I am a relocated resident from California, I have rented a unit here a Mera Chandler and the office staff have been extremely helpful and cooperative. Jodi, Lindsey and Scott have gone above and beyond to make this experience a pleasant one. I recently moved to the Mera community after staying at Sparrow property in Houston Texas and was impressed with my stay. Once I found out Sparrow had a Chandler location, I stopped in and met with Jodi the property manager and soon after joined the Mera community. It's a beautiful property with nice amenities and great location. The staff with Jodi and Scott has been outstanding and made my move seamless. I'm very happy with my decision to move to Mera.

Mera Chandler is a new way of living for those who are 55+ and active. No more maintaining a home. Make friends your own age and participate in activities with like-minded people. I highly recommend Mera! Go see Jodi, she’s amazing!
