I had the opportunity to tour Mera Chandler for a mutual client and was blown away by the kindness of the staff and the overall atmosphere. The community is beautifully designed, with modern apartments and fantastic amenities that truly support active adult living. Jodi Theissen was especially amazing to work with—professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I would be happy to refer any future client, family member, or friend to Mera Chandler without hesitation.

Hello, I just moved into “Mera Chandler” in early July 2025. First and foremost, I decided to move from a standard apartment to a retirement community located in Arizona. With the help of my son, we started searching for a 50+ community in and around the Phoenix area. We searched the internet for a full week looking for the best place for me to live and retire. We contacted several properties and took several tours which was a daunting task for anyone. Upon finding “Mera Chandler” through a search engine and looking at the website, it was to me amazing. I was working out of state at the time and knowing I wanted to check this property out, I reached out to my son who lives in Phoenix to take a tour for me. I contacted the property manager and scheduled an appointment for a showing. My son took photos and a video of everything and sent it to me. Maintenance team knew exactly what the problem was. Gave thorough explanation as to the cause of the decreased flow from kitchen faucet. Fixed the problem.

I work in a senior focused industry and have helped many residents move in to Mera Chandler. It’s such a nice community. It’s bright and inviting. The amenities are impressive. Pickle balls courts, great exercise room and theater. A great community.
